U.S. Citizenship & Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required; must obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

• Prototype fabrication, assembly, inspection, and rework/repair of non-deliverable hardware, special tooling, and special test equipment.
• Operate manual mill and lathe, precision part inspection/measurement equipment, and standard machine shop tools.
• Update and track shop job statuses using Excel and perform Special Tooling repair & maintenance.
• Support test fixture build and assembly as required.
• General knowledge and experience in metal fabrication processes and utilization of hand tools.
• Proficiency in operating manual mill, lathe, saw, drill, and inspection equipment to meet precision machining and measurement requirements.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly and tooling engineering drawings.
• Follow all shop safety procedures while executing work.
• Consistently display effective communication and strong professional behaviors.

• High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative work ethic to work with others in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Physical ability to lift heavy tooling, work with hands positioned above head, and use ladders and step stools.

• Working knowledge of SAP (APEX, PRISM), cPDM and Property system (i.e., SPS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations and urgent requests to ensure business needs are met.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Previous DoD experience.
• Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts as needed to support the factory.

Salary Range: $40,000 – $82,000 USD.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these programs are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is U.S.

-based. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
