3rd Shift Scheduled

Hours:

Sunday – Thursday 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM onsite.

• Manual assembly tasks, solder, operate semi-automated and automated processing equipment, operate ovens, use a microscope to perform and inspect work.
• Sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• Follow detailed written work instructions using our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconances in FOS, and perform rework.
• Communicate effectively, multi-task, and remain flexible with work assignments.
• Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.

• HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with microelectronics and/or in a manufacturing environment within the aerospace or defense industry.

• Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards.
• Microelectronic assembly experience.
• Strong safety focus.
• Positive attitude and teaming skills.
• Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to accomplish daily work tasks with minimal supervision.
• Hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Effective time management skills.
