3rd Shift Scheduled
Hours:
Sunday – Thursday 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM onsite.
- Manual assembly tasks, solder, operate semi-automated and automated processing equipment, operate ovens, use a microscope to perform and inspect work.
- Sit and stand for prolonged periods.
- Follow detailed written work instructions using our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconances in FOS, and perform rework.
- Communicate effectively, multi-task, and remain flexible with work assignments.
- Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
- HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with microelectronics and/or in a manufacturing environment within the aerospace or defense industry.
- Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards.
- Microelectronic assembly experience.
- Strong safety focus.
- Positive attitude and teaming skills.
- Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement.
- Ability to accomplish daily work tasks with minimal supervision.
- Hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Effective time management skills.
