What You Will Do
  • Manual assembly tasks, soldering, operating semi and automated processing equipment, ovens, and using a microscope to perform and inspect work
  • Sit and stand for prolonged periods
  • Follow detailed written work instructions using the Factory Operating System (FOS); create nonconformances in FOS and perform rework
  • Communicate effectively, multi-task, and be flexible with work assignments
  • Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and conduct in-process inspection per company standards and customer specifications
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with microelectronics and/or in a manufacturing environment within the aerospace or defense industry
  • U.S. Citizen - The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
