Successful candidates join a manufacturing assembly team working with microelectronic components and undertake annual training in safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and more.

Compressed D-Shift Schedule
  • Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM onsite.
What You Will Do
  • Manual assembly tasks, solder, operate semi‑ and automated processing equipment, ovens, and microscopes for inspection.
  • Sit and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Follow written work instructions using the Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconformances, and perform rework.
  • Communicate effectively, multitask, and remain flexible with assignments.
  • Perform repetitive tasks per proven processes and conduct in‑process inspections per company and customer standards.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in microelectronics and/or manufacturing within aerospace or defense.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards.
  • Microelectronic assembly experience.
  • Strong safety focus.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Demonstrated drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Effective time‑management skills.
