Raytheon is seeking candidates for a Demand Planner role within the Advanced Product Center area in McKinney, TX. The successful candidate will operate in multiple shop floor control and Material Requirement Planning (MRP) related systems to ensure alignment between material position and production schedule.

WhatYou Will Do
- Evaluating and coordinating program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements.
- Providing status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
- Working daily to confirm material supply and demands.
- Preparing work orders for the production of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load, and inventory requirements.
- Working with program support staff to resolve material shortages and other issues impacting product build.
- Reporting on and troubleshooting MRP system generated exceptions; and taking corrective action on unfavorable trends as necessary.
- Conducting periodic physical inventory cycle counts and reconciling the system.
- Expedite the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, etc.
- Performing movement of material to and from the factory, pack/ship (or other area) as needed.
- This will be an onsite role in our McKinney, TX facility.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- 5 or more years’ experience in a manufacturing facility, manufacturing scheduling, planning, inventory cycle and production control.
- 5 years’ experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software troubleshooting.
- 5 years’ experience using Special program access.
- Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Experience with Tableau, Kinaxis, Business Warehouse.
- Material planning and order execution experience.
- Experience with government contracting requirements.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. This role is a U.S.
-based position; if the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply. RTX anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the notice date; however, factors such as candidate flow and business necessity may require RTX to shorten or extend the window.
