- Assume responsibility for all aspects of the MMIC development process including RF and DC topology choices to optimize performance, analysis and documentation of performance, layout, submission to the foundry, and verification to specifications.
- Collaborate with other MMIC engineers to share lessons‑learned, grow the team’s knowledge base, improve the MMIC development process and increase first‑pass successes.
- Participate in rigorous and systematic design reviews and documentation of design decisions to ensure work outputs are of high quality and will function as simulated.
- Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Experience with Keysight ADS and in EM tools such as HFSS, Momentum
- Experience designing GaN, GaAs, and/or CMOS MMICs
- Experience with prioritizing and contributing to multiple tasks at the same time
- Experience in performing microwave and mm‑wave tests in the laboratory

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
