Oversee production planning, manufacturing workflows, and technical performance while troubleshooting mechanical issues and improving processes, tooling, equipment reliability, and production efficiency. Coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance, manage ERP production data and maintenance activities, and uphold quality and safety standards.
RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, technical manufacturing experience, and a solid understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes; experience in machine shops, industrial manufacturing, tooling, or electronics manufacturing is ideal.
