Registered Nurse

Responsibilities include:
- Providing patient-centered, non-judgmental, harm reduction, behavioral health integrated, and team-based nursing care.
- Serving as a clinical leader for disease management, care coordination, and triage within the care team.
- Ensuring smooth team operations and prioritizing patient well-being.
- Modeling nursing professionalism and respecting the Fenway Health Mission to enhance LGBTQIA+ and community health.
The schedule may include evening and Saturday clinics on a rotating basis.

Principal Duties:
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Conduct assessments and triage via virtual, telephonic, or in-person visits.
- Implement and evaluate care plans, communicate with team and patients.
- Coordinate preventive services and document care accurately.
- Promote a compassionate, culturally competent environment.
- Participate in operational activities, quality improvement, and organizational planning.
Knowledge & Abilities: Excellent communication, cultural competence, conflict management, independent decision-making, and computer skills.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in nursing, current MA RN license, CPR certification.
- Experience with diverse populations and a commitment to LGBTQIA+ health.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing.
- Two years of ambulatory, hospital, or public health nursing experience.
Physical & Working Conditions: Exposure to blood/body fluids, physical activity requirements, shift flexibility, and OSHA compliance.

Salary: $/hr ($71,500 - $89,400/year)
