• Assess patients, plan and document care within designated time frames.
• Supervise shift activities, delegate tasks, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining high standards of patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately, including notifying physicians of changes.
• Administer medication following hospital policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program or relevant licensure.
• Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred, including work with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, and geriatric patients.
• Current unencumbered nursing license.
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment.
