Salary Range: $39 to $47 per visit (per‑visit basis, hourly estimate)

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
• Ability to provide nursing visits according to treatment prescribed by the physician and maintain accurate medical records

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Currently Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of operation
• Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Licensed driver capable of traveling to all business locations
