DaVita is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse who will provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. The role supports patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, building meaningful relationships and delivering individualized treatment plans.

• No dialysis experience is required.
• Receive training at a facility or training clinic and perform float rotations in various clinics during and after training.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Deliver direct patient care, manage multiple comorbidities, and leverage nursing skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Support a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to provide high‑quality care.

• Paid training.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
• BONENT or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire.
