Supervisor Case Management RN – MEDICAL CITY DALLAS

Job SummaryThis is a full‑time day shift position (8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts). As a Supervisor in Case Management RN, you will:
- Provide leadership to social work and case management staff, ensuring quality and integrity of care.
- Serve as the main resource for case managers, supervising, interacting, and guiding the team.
- Align the case‑management staff with TJC and CMS regulations.
- Act as a case manager on the floor, completing administrative work and assisting with complex cases as needed.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license, eligible to practice in the State of TX.
- Associate degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an acute‑care setting.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, behavioral health, and telemedicine coverage.
