Landscaper​/Landscape Installer

Executive Home Services is hiring a Full Time Landscaper Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Ride along with supervisor through route daily
• Work withteam of 2 to 4 landscapers
• “Do it Safe, Do it Right” - Maintain a safe work environment while producing timely and quality work.
• Usehand / power tools and equipment
• Perform a variety of tasks as directed by supervisor
  • Mowing, edging, leaf blowing, planting, trash pickup, trimming, weed eating, fertilizing, digging, mulching, etc.
• Load trucks / trailers with necessary equipment / tools, refill fuel canisters, and properly secure all equipment

• Hard working, reliable, and trustworthy
• Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and process oriented
• Can-do attitude that is a strong team player
• Willingness learn and desire to grow within the organization
• Follow instructions from Supervisors
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English
• Knowledge and use of electronic technology such as smart phones, tablets, & computers.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Verification will be completed)
• Must be willing to submit to a Criminal Background Check and Drug Test
• Must have clean driving record with Driver's License

Skills / Requirements:

• 1+ years of work experience in a landscaping position either installs or maintenance
• Ability to complete the following tasks:
  • Lawn Care
    • Mowing, line trimming, edging, blowing
    • Weed Control
    • Fertilization
  • Trimming Trees, hedges, bushes
  • Planting trees, hedges, plants and flowers
  • Laying sod
  • Mulching
  • Pushing a wheelbarrow
  • Digging holes for planting trees and shrubs
• Ensure safe working environment for self, crew and customers
• Frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Must be able to work outdoors - doing heavy physical labor, in all weather conditions
• Frequently required to lift and/or move 35-80 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds +
