This role is part of the hospitality team at Troon, focused on delivering high-quality cleaning and sanitation services.
Base pay range$15.00/hr - $16.00/hr
Key Responsibilities- Cleans, sanitizes and stocks all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware.
- Maintains cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including dry storage, walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
- Empties kitchen trash receptacles and disposes of garbage properly.
- Performs daily cleaning of dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods, and exhaust system.
- Stores all dishes and wares in appropriate areas.
- Incorporates safe work practices in all operations.
- Clean, wash, and sanitize all dishes; clean kitchen after close.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
