Merchandising Specialist

• Set up new STIHL dealers: plan and install the STIHL retail space for new dealers from the ground up, including fixtures, endcaps, signage and product placement.
• Upgrade existing STIHL dealers: move dealers into newer fixtures and display programs, including battery walls, concept displays and seasonal merchandising.
• Reset existing dealers: rework tired or outdated layouts to current STIHL planograms so the right products are in the right place, priced and signed.
• Make sure every install meets STIHL brand and merchandising standards, including signage, pricing and product facings.
• Keep a full schedule of installs and resets across the territory, and document every visit with before-and-after photos and follow-up notes.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Frequent overnight travel across Texas and Oklahoma.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand, bend and climb ladders for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail merchandising, store resets, fixture installs or a similar field role.

As Merchandising Specialist for STIHL at Blue Mountain Equipment, you will set up new STIHL dealers by constructing the display and merchandising STIHL products, upgrade existing STIHL dealers and reset current dealer stores to maximize retail success across all of Texas and Oklahoma. This is a hands-on, field-based role. You’ll install fixtures and displays, put STIHL merchandising standards in place, and work directly with dealerships and their staff so every store is set up to sell.
