Pay for this position includes a base hourly wage and an entry‑level commission structure.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Assistant supports the new home sales process, assists in maintaining the assigned showhomes or sales centre, and provides customers with an exceptional experience throughout the home buying process.

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide customers with showhome tours, product information, and purchase process; answer incoming calls and emails, and book appointments.
• Assist in qualifying potential purchasers and convert them into qualified buyers; track customer information and help obtain financing.
• Continuously inspect and ensure showhome(s) or sales centre remain appealing and presentable; maintain décor items, signage, inventory of kitchen and washroom supplies, and identify items of concern or in need of repair.
• Support customers throughout the home building process and coordinate project changes; provide updates on building progress and coordinate walkthroughs.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, calendar management, tracing customer deposits, and maintaining office supplies, sales brochures and signage.

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in residential home building industry.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Completion of a satisfactory criminal record check.
• Comfortable using office equipment, Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM and accounting software (Hub Spot, New Star, etc.).

You will primarily work in a show home or sales centre setting. Hours are primarily regular business hours with evenings and/or weekends as well as occasional travel to off‑site meetings or other show homes.
