Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00

This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Consultant located in DFW, TX. The Outside Sales Consultant will meet with residential and business customers in their homes or locations to conduct tailored sales presentations and consultations for flooring solutions. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, understanding customer needs, offering product recommendations, and building strong customer relationships through consultative selling. You will represent Empire Today's commitment to quality and excellence while ensuring a seamless buying experience for all customers.

• Strong Sales Presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Consultative Selling techniques.
• Excellent Customer Service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently with a professional and results-driven mindset.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally for customer appointments.
• Prior sales experience and knowledge of the flooring industry are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales are advantageous.
