• Use your knowledge of Car Max inventory to assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Guide customers through every step of the process, from sale or appraisal to test drives and arranging financing applications.
• Complete all relevant records and documentation to ensure smooth transactions.

Car Max pays new Sales Consultants a competitive wage while training and through the first 640 hours of selling. After that, commissions become the primary base of pay.

• Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred.
• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.
• High level of self‑motivation.
