WE NEED FROM YOU
In this essential role, we need you to effectively lead an installation crew in installing gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, controls, and related piping and electrical. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team as a Lead HVAC Installation Technician!
- At least 2 years of installation experience
- EPA 608 certificate
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
- Live within 30 miles of McKinney, TX
- Can lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems
- Able and willing to work in various environmental conditions
- Willingness to climb ladders and work from heights and small spaces
- Willing and able to work overtime if needed
- Can pass a background check and drug test
