Wilson Contracting Services LLC is seeking a skilled Utility Foreman to lead pipe crews on water, sewer, and storm drain installations throughout the North Texas region. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for someone who knows utility installation inside and out – from reading civil drawings to ensuring trench safety and production goals. You'll report to a project superintendent or project manager and serve as the primary point of contact for your crew on the ground.
This is a long‑term opportunity for a field leader ready to grow with a team that values accountability, craftsmanship, and crew safety.

- Lead a crew installing water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain utilities.
- Interpret civil drawings, alignments, profiles, and pipe layouts accurately.
- Set grades, verify elevations, and confirm installation complies with specifications.
- Coordinate daily crew assignments, equipment use, and material needs.
- Work directly in the field and assist the crew when necessary.
- Enforce trench safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Track quantities installed and report progress to the superintendent or PM.
- Communicate with inspectors to ensure installations pass all inspections.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in underground utility installation.
- Prior experience as a Lead Man or Foreman on a utility crew.
- Ability to read and understand plans, pipe layout, and grade stakes.
- Working knowledge of trench safety, shoring, bedding, and backfill standards.
- Effective crew leadership and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in the trench and leading by example.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout DFW/North Texas.
- Weekly Pay - $2,000/week
