Why did the customer contact us? Customer requested us to remove existing access control panel and install new Sicunet panel and maglock.

• Removed existing access control panel and installed a new Sicunet panel.
• Wired in existing devices, programmed, and tested the system to ensure all devices function properly.
• Replaced the existing maglock with a new one.
• Trained customer on the new Sicunet system.
