Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Technician

Executive Home Services is hiring a Full-Time pool cleaning and maintenance technician!

We are looking for someone who prioritizes excellent customer service.

• Skim pools
• Brush pool walls, steps, and spas
• Empty skimmer baskets
• Chemically balance pools
• Check pool equipment for proper function
• Use our custom app to communicate services and notes/repairs needed
• Make minor repairs as necessary
• Conduct filter cleans

Qualifications:

• Hardworking, reliable, and trustworthy
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, process-oriented
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Willing to learn a trade and grow within the organization
• Follow instructions from supervisors
• 40 hours/week, Mon - Fri
• Effective communication skills in English
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and computers
• Ability to swim and work near dogs
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (verification required)
• Willing to undergo background check and drug testing
• Clean driving record with valid driver's license

Skills / Requirements:

• At least 1 year relevant experience
• Work safely with chemicals and ensure home security
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift/move up to 100 pounds
• CPO certification preferred but not required
