Perform facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs. Electrical repairs. Plumbing repairs. Carpentry work. Multi-tasking abilities.

Preferred Candidate Might:

• 3 years in general maintenance field
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing
• Light electrical and plumbing experience
• Efficient and timely task completion
