We hire all experience levels! Our Experienced Driver Orientation Program keeps you separated from newbies and is only 3-5 days long depending upon your experience level.

If you have limited or no flatbed experience, we will allow you to ride with a Driver Trainer to learn the ropes of flat bedding. All Orientation and time with a Driver Trainer is paid.
