ASC Project Accountant

$50.00/hr - $65.00/hr

The ASC 606 Project Accountant is responsible for supporting the implementation, application, and ongoing compliance of revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC Topic 606, Revenue from Contracts with Customers. This role works cross-functionally with finance, accounting, legal, and operations to analyze contracts, document revenue recognition policies, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or CPA-eligible preferred but not required
• 3+ years of accounting experience with demonstrated exposure to ASC 606
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and contract accounting
• Experience supporting accounting projects or process improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Deltek) preferred
