There’s no one like you and that’s why there’s nowhere like RSM.As a member of our CIM group, working specifically with Federal Credits and Incentives (FCI) you will be responsible for the following job duties which are focused around two core concepts: your technical and quality expertise and delivering excellent client service
** Examples of the candidate’s responsibilities include:
*** Assist with tax planning and research, as it relates to the Research and Development (R&D) credit, and other federal credits and incentives.
* Assist in implementing multiple projects simultaneously, which include client interviews, computations, analysis, data gathering, and coordination of resources
* Assist with drafting opinion letters and writing other technical memoranda
* Develop an understanding of client's business
* Help drive the success of multiple R&D, or federal credits engagements
* Maintain competency through continuing education and obtaining additional professional certifications

* Basic Qualifications:

*** 90 credit hours completed
* Working towards B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from accredited university
* Accounting Major
* Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
* A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred

* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work effectively on a team
