Workflow Coordinator SME

Provide executive administrative services, workflow coordination, and operational support to ensure the effective management of leadership priorities and mission objectives. The workflow coordinator will ensure centralized coordination of leadership priorities by overseeing workflow efficiency, tracking operational tasks, and acting as the primary POC for executive scheduling, engagements, and decision‑making support. Additionally, the workflow coordinator will support the coordination of high‑level workflows, track operational tasking, and facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Lastly, oversee workflow efficiency, manage executive schedules, and ensure that leadership engagements are properly aligned with mission objectives. Day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Assist in the development of reports, briefings, and correspondence to ensure leadership has the necessary information for decision‑making.
  • Coordinate and oversee meeting logistics, prepare background materials, and track follow‑up actions to maintain operational continuity.
  • Support executive travel and operational requirements, ensuring that logistical and administrative needs are addressed in alignment with organizational priorities and policies.
  • Act as a central POC for workflow management and operational coordination, supporting leadership’s ability to execute strategic initiatives efficiently.
  • Facilitate the flow of information, monitor the progress of key operational tasks, and provide responsive support to ensure adaptability to shifting mission priorities
