Position: Executive Support Team Lead with Security Clearance
Responsibilities The Executive Team Lead will provide strategic operational support under the direction of a Program Manager, Division Manager, or Corporate Executive, serving as their primary operational liaison. Proactively manages cross-functional administrative processes to ensure organizational effectiveness and executive productivity. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Providing high-level administrative support including complex calendar management, detailed travel coordination, and comprehensive meeting preparation

* Gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support executive decision-making processes

* Assisting with marketing initiatives, presentation development, and conference planning and execution

* Anticipating executive needs and proactively addresses requirements to maintain optimal workflow

* Ensuring all communications and materials produced reflect organizational standards and executive preferences
Qualifications Requirements:
* BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 or relevant years of experience

* Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance

* Exceptional organizational abilities, advanced communication skills, and the capacity to manage confidential information with absolute discretion while supporting multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

* Experience with MS Office Products and Share Point
