Capital One invites an experienced Executive Assistant to energize a high‑energy, collaborative environment as the trusted core of executive and team success. The role centers on providing a central point of contact for an executive, driving calendar, meeting, travel, expense, and project support in a fast‑paced setting.

- Gatekeeper and central point of contact for executive and team.
- Manage daily calendars, adjust priorities, resolve schedule conflicts.
- Arrange meetings, events, and travel; create and send invitations; reserve meeting rooms; organize catering, AV and other services.
- Answer incoming calls, take detailed messages, support executive response.
- Organize travel arrangements and create expense reports using Capital One systems.
- Mentor administrative professionals; maintain highest levels of customer service internally and externally.
- Manage multiple projects, provide autonomous solutions, handle novel issues.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast‑paced environment.
- 3+ years of calendar management supporting executives.
- 3+ years of meeting and event planning experience.
- Experience setting up video conference and Zoom/Skype technology for meeting users.
- Excellent written and verbal communications; organizational skills.
Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Minimum full‑time annual salary: $92,800 – $105,900 (McLean, VA). The role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives.
