The Database Manager Client Development Coordinator plays a central role in managing the client relationship management (CRM) system and ensuring effective client development for ONE Residential. This position ensures our client and lead database is maintained with integrity and is used strategically to nurture leads and support agent success.
Reports directly to the Marketing and Communications Director.
Success Indicators- A clean, organized database with high data accuracy and up-to-date contact information.
- Consistent outbound calling activity with thoroughly documented conversations.
- Increased lead conversion rates resulting from proactive nurture campaigns.
- High agent satisfaction with database tools and support.
- Proactive identification of process improvements and strategic opportunities.
- Salary: $30,000 base salary with performance bonuses tied to lead conversion, anticipated base salary bonuses to range between $80,000-$120,000 based on performance.
- Full-time position (40 hours/week).

- Maintain and optimize the Follow Up Boss (FUB) database, including adding new contacts, ensuring data accuracy, and pruning inactive leads.
- Manage opt-out and red flag email management.
- Create and manage Follow Up Boss Action Plans to support team events and marketing campaigns.
- Support agent adoption and provide training on Follow Up Boss best practices.
- Monitor and report on database performance metrics regularly.
- Field incoming leads and qualify prospects effectively.
- Make outbound calls to nurture leads and convert them into appointments.
- Monitor portal ratifications and closings.
- Manage Inside Sales Agent (ISA) team members as the department expands.
- Support the marketing team with campaign execution.
Assist with special projects. - Assist in operational improvements and system development to support scalability (as needed).
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss is strongly preferred).
- Comfortable making phone calls and proactively nurturing client relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and be a proactive self-starter.
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to adapt to new programs.
- Ability to work in-person at our office is required.
- Real Estate License or experience is preferred.
