In our Treasury Management Organization, product managers are at the forefront of building and managing innovative products to provide Commercial clients with a best in class experience when banking at Capital One. The Product Manager for the Treasury Management Payables team plays a critical role in defining the roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and executing the development of our payables product suite. This role will offer you the opportunity to partner closely with technology, sales, operations and product partners to shape and deliver new products and features that enhance the customer experience.

• Deliver products to support the strategy and operations for a Top 10 Commercial Bank
• Craft strategies that equip the Bank to deliver tailored solutions for clients, build a world class team of financial advisors, and enable a market-leading operation for the origination and management of loans, treasury, and capital markets products
• Build “always on” technologies to increase profitability and empower associates
• Reduce operational risks through strengthening controls and monitoring of key processes
• Own the strategy and delivery of new products and features in partnership with technology teams and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design partners in the ecosystem to deliver shared outcomes

• At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Charlotte, NC: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management

McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
