ResponsibilitiesThis product leader is responsible for driving the management and delivery of in-market performance through successful implementation of pilots with our line of business partners. The role works closely with lines of business to deeply understand needs and opportunities, then creates the business and technical requirements for our product leads to build the destination Martech stack. The leader partners with lines of business to ensure high‑quality implementation of prioritized campaigns.

- At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products
Salary ranges (full‑time, annual) by location:
- Chicago, IL: $240,300 - $274,300
- McLean, VA: $264,300 - $301,700
- New York, NY: $288,400 - $329,100
- Richmond, VA: $240,300 - $274,300
- Riverwoods, IL: $240,300 - $274,300
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives may be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
