The US Card Outbound Correspondence platform is at the heart of delivering critical communications – from the credit cards in our customers' wallets to their essential statements and letters. We build the cutting‑edge platform capabilities that ensure these billions of pieces of correspondence are produced and delivered seamlessly.
Role OverviewAs a Product Manager on our Outbound Correspondence team, you won't just manage; you'll innovate. You'll own the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation to development and launch, specifically driving the modernization of the core technology that powers our credit card production. You’ll collaborate across diverse teams, including Software Engineers, Architects and key partners in Supply Chain, Operations, and various business stakeholders.
Your mission is to deeply understand both internal and external customer needs, translating them into innovative new capabilities that not only optimize but transform our credit card production.

- At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

Compensation- Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
- McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management
- New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management
- Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
