Senior Manager, Product Management, Google MCP & Agent Access
Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry.
Aboutthe Role
As the Senior Manager of Product Management for Google MCP & Agent Access, you will lead the strategy and development of Capital One's approach to secure, governed access for third-party AI agents into Google Workspace. In this highly visible role, you will govern how agentic tools such as Claude Code read and write Google Workspace data on an associate's behalf. You will empower associates to integrate agents with Google Workspace APIs through a single, reusable governance pattern.
Beyond building the access layer itself, you will drive the shift in how associates work day to day, helping move away from manually downloading and storing stale copies of Workspace content, and toward AI agents that collaborate with live data where associates already work, safely and efficiently. This is a high impact role, shaping how AI agents interact with the productivity tools used by tens of thousands of associates across Capital One.
We are looking for a collaborative, technically curious, and user focused product manager who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about shaping the future of AI within Capital One.
