For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Commercial Pricing & Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This leader will shape the commercial model across a complex professional services environment, with a focus on pricing, revenue operations, and deal governance. The role will partner closely with senior leaders across delivery, finance, and commercial teams to improve margin visibility, strengthen decision-making, and support scalable growth.
It is a highly visible opportunity to drive policy, process, and analytics that support the transition to more standardized and profitable client engagement structures.
Location:
McLean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $250,000 – $325,000 annually.
- Direct the transition from time-and-material to fixed-fee pricing across services and client segments.
- Lead the Pricing Committee, overseeing deal governance and exception management processes.
- Develop and enforce commercial policy to guide pricing, discounting, and contract terms.
- Own the commercial KPI framework, setting up metrics across different teams and market segments.
- Drive the design and governance of end-to-end commercial processes for opportunity management.
- 15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Commercial Strategy in professional services or B2B environments.
- Experience leading fixed-fee model transitions and deal desk operations in partnership or PE-backed contexts.
- Deep understanding of consulting delivery unit economics, including utilization and margin architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce as a strategic platform owner, with hands‑on configuration handled by a certified team.
- Experience building forecasting models for multi-practice environments and delivering executive‑level reports.
