JOB

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead the enterprise AI transformation program from strategy through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement; ensure work is aligned to business priorities, approved investment plans, and enterprise risk requirements.

  • Establish and operate program governance, including executive steering forums, workstream cadences, decision rights, escalation paths, risk and issue management, and transparent reporting that enables timely leadership decisions.
  • Coordinate and influence workstream leaders and matrixed teams to deliver connected outcomes across AI strategy, platform and tooling, data readiness, governance, security, training, change management, use-case delivery, and adoption.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify, assess, prioritize, and sequence AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, data and technology readiness, risk, cost, and organizational capacity.
  • Define program success measures and maintain executive-ready dashboards that communicate delivery health, adoption, value realization, capabilities, risks, investment, and decisions required.
  • Drive cross-workstream dependency management; identify and resolve barriers involving data, architecture, infrastructure, vendor agreements, security, privacy, compliance, workforce readiness, and operating-model changes.
  • Partner with Training, Change Management, and Communications to support role-based enablement, advocate networks, communities of practice, and sustainable adoption of new AI ways of working.
  • Facilitate workshops and executive forums to clarify strategy, evaluate tradeoffs, align stakeholders, and convert complex or ambiguous issues into actionable decisions and plans.
  • Manage program budgets, vendor relationships, statements of work, forecasts, and investment tracking; partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Technology leaders to support sound decisions and delivery commitments.
  • Ensuring AI transformation work incorporates appropriate governance, security, privacy, legal, regulatory, ethical-use, evaluation, observability, and operational readiness practices, including HIPAA requirements where applicable.
