We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to support the Business Management function within the Human Resources & Corporate Communications Division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence, process improvement, and strategic alignment.

• Our team ensures operational efficiency and strategic alignment across the organization.
• We lead business reporting and culture-building initiatives that drive process improvement.
• We serve as a central hub for collaboration, insights, and execution across teams.

In this role, you will serve as a utility player and be expected to:

• Own and streamline internal reporting processes for timely and accurate delivery.
• Be part of a cross functional business management community working with peers in other divisions and the central business management team to maintain and improve critical group processes.
• Solve complex problems and independently drive initiatives to completion.
• Maintain and leverage data to craft updates that reflect progress and impact.
• Work well under pressure and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure quality outcomes by applying critical judgement and getting others to do the same.

• 2-4 years of experience in business management.
• Strong project management skills with experience in reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel is required; experience with tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a person who is highly detail-oriented, with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.
• Experience or familiarity with supplier management a plus.
