Risk Manager/Analyst, Financial Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst for our $55B+ Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business, you will be a strategic partner to Relationship Managers, Underwriters, and Credit Officers. Your primary project will be to manage how we’re conducting credit risk analysis across the portfolio as market dynamics and the macroeconomy changes and puts pressure on our borrower’s financial health.
Team Dynamics:
We are a high-visibility, collaborative team acting as the strategic bridge between a variety of cross-functional partners. The dynamic is fast-paced and focused on solving "white-space" questions that lack a pre-existing playbook. While we move quickly to support business decisions, we also prioritize taking the time to invest in ourselves and become experts in our work. You will be empowered to autonomously drive your own work streams.
We value analytical rigor—someone who isn't satisfied with an "acceptable" answer but drills deep to find the best one. Because we act as the bridge across the business, a strong "translator" perspective is critical. We thrive with proactive "builders" who can simplify complex problems into actionable outcomes that move the needle for the business.
