Enterprise Cybersecurity Business Operations & Logistics Lead

The Opportunity:

As a member of the Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) Cyber Logistics and Operations (CLO) team, you are passionate about outcomes and supporting a forward-leaning development team. You will be a key leader responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless execution of program objectives. This role requires exceptional judgment, keen attention to detail, the ability to operate autonomously, and the foresight to anticipate and resolve challenges before they arise in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

You will serve as a trusted partner to ECS leadership by managing priority actions, coordinating and preparing executive-level communications, briefings, and presentations as well as overseeing core business operations. You will lead process improvement efforts, document and optimize standard operating procedures, and drive consistency across audit response, vendor management operations, personnel management workflows, communications channels, purchasing, and financial management activities. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have:5+ years of experience in operations management developing and executing core business functions with a quality and efficiency mindset, including a focus on process automation

Experience with project management, including schedule, scope, and risk, and project management tools

Expertise in drafting and editing strategic communications, executive presentations, procedure documentation, and critical operations materials

Experience with purchasing and finance, including budget reconciliation, variance analysis, and forecasting

Experience managing end-to-end, multi-departmental workflows and approvals

Ability to automate processes using tools AI and “out of the box” automation and reporting tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Planner Ability to apply strict attention to detail to manage competing priorities, proactively identify risks early, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership to drive execution

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams to effectively interface with all levels of management

Ability to effectively manage rapidly evolving team priorities, tight deadlines, tasking and performance

Bachelor’s degree

Experience using Service Now for workflow and ticket management

Experience supporting internal audit and compliance remediation activities

Experience managing vendor operations in cross-functional environments

Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and terminology

Possession of strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsPMP Certification
