Market Product Pricing Lead

Pay Rate: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Join a dynamic team as a Market Product Pricing Lead, where you'll be instrumental in defining and executing innovative pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for cutting-edge market products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, engineering, sales, finance, contracts, and operations—to transform technical capabilities into clear, scalable offerings that drive growth and customer value. Your expertise will shape product structures, tiers, bundles, and expansion pathways, supporting both customer satisfaction and profitability.

• 5+ years of experience in product pricing, monetization, product management, or related fields
• Proven success developing pricing strategies for software, cloud services, or complex tech solutions
• Strong ability to create and analyze pricing models, including tiers, bundles, and expansion paths
• Experience translating technical features into commercial offerings with clear customer value
• Proven capability to work effectively across teams, including product, engineering, sales, finance, and operations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies to technical and executive audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
