Two Dependable Nannies McLean Family

A busy McLean family is looking to hire two professional, collaborative, and dependable Nannies to join their fully staffed household and help care for four children, ages 12, 6, 2, and 1. The 6 and 2-year-olds will be the primary focus of these positions, and there will always be another nanny working alongside you, so no one will ever be responsible for all four children  family is looking for team players who are comfortable working in a staffed home, communicating well with other caregivers, and helping create a smooth and consistent routine for the children.

Driving is required for both roles, and a nanny vehicle will be provided for work-related transportation. Responsibilities also include very simple food preparation for the children as needed, such as scrambling eggs, boiling pasta, or reheating prepared meals. The household has full-time cleaning staff, so cleaning and laundry are not part of the nanny role beyond naturally tidying up after the children and involving them in age-appropriate clean-up habits.

• At least 5 years of professional nannying experience
• Must be legal to work in the US
• Local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA)
• Excellent communication skills
• Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car
