We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our team. The position will be based in McLean, VA, USA, and the individual will work closely with the Team Leader responsible for client sales. Your role will involve informing and educating potential customers about our client’s efforts to improve service quality while reducing product prices, enabling you to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Communicate effectively with individuals and teams within the program to ensure high quality.

Engage in one-on-one sales interactions with customers.

Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of needs.

Meet customer needs by providing personalized solutions.

Ensure customer understanding of the solutions and offer additional education as needed.

Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.

Earn bonuses and cash incentives based on performance.
