Location & Schedule: Hybrid in McLean, VA, Tuesday-Thursday onsite

Seeking an Senior Art Director for a leading financial client to develop creative content for print and digital channels, including web, email, display ads, mailers, proposals, packaging, out-of-home (OOH), experiential activations, and more.

Rate Range: $30.00 - $40.00/hr (DOE) plus health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching

Note:

The actual pay will be determined based on skills, experience, and other factors. This range reflects a W2 hourly rate. Other employment options may offer different pay structures.

• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
• At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• At least 1 year working with prototyping software like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• At least 1 year of experience using Canva
• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• Experience in UX/UI or wire framing
• Experience in marketing areas such as Talent Marketing, B2B, Experiential, Performance, or Direct Response
• Experience in the financial services industry
