We are seeking a highly motivated Bridge Engineer to join our team. You will work closely with a team of experts working alongside our customers on some of North America's most significant projects. We are proud to have contributed to projects like the Fargo-Moorhead Flood Diversion in Fargo, ND, the Potomac River Crossing in Washington, DC, and the Van Sinderen Avenue Streetscape Improvements in Brooklyn, NY.

Your

key responsibilities will be to:
  • Prepare designs and analysis calculations and reports for various types of bridges and other transportation related structures.
  • Prepare and run models, analyse and evaluate results using engineering software.
  • Prepare specifications and engineer's estimates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various fields to address engineering issues effectively.
  • Perform site visits and inspections and prepare photos, notes, and/or reports as required.

On top of that, you will:
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or higher with concentration in structures.
  • 0 to 4 years of work experience in Structural Engineering.
  • Either have passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or be willing to take and pass FE within 1 year after hiring.
  • Engage in professional associations and be able and willing to learn.
  • Exhibit a keen eye for detail and possess effective reasoning and decision-making abilities.
  • Possess good analytical, planning and organizational skills combined with the ability to manage several tasks efficiently.
  • Be familiar with various structural analysis software programs.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
