A leading real estate services firm is seeking an experienced HVAC Building Engineer in McLean, Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of all mechanical systems, including chillers and pumps. Duties include troubleshooting HVAC systems, conducting building tours, and creating operational SOPs. Candidates must have 2-5 years of relevant experience, EPA and OSHA certifications, and demonstrate strong teamwork and customer service skills.

A comprehensive benefits package is offered, along with competitive compensation ranging from $31.02 to $36.49 per hour.
