Roles & Responsibilities- Individual contributor to MITRE support for FFRDC sponsors
- Individual contributor to MITRE support for non-traditional sponsors
- Help shape MITRE Quantum Algorithms Strategy
- Coordinate to expand quantum algorithms work program
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with relevant experience who can immediately contribute to the quantum algorithms work program; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum resistant algorithms
- Demonstrated high-level research contributions
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to work on interdisciplinary topics and communicate well across scientific groups
- Need to be U.S. citizen in order to eventually obtain a Secret clearance
- This position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site
- Demonstrated ability to build a quantum-based work program
- Extensive experience in working with government
