As a leader in RF systems engineering, we’re looking for you to solve complex challenges and shape RF collection, geolocation, and EW systems by providing technical leadership for our RF product development team. Your customer will t rus t you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into areas like quantum sensing and unmanned systems.

• Develop and maintain system-level requirements for RF collection systems, geolocation systems, digital radio frequency memory, and spe cia l communications systems, ensuring t race ability from mission concept of operations through subsystem specifications.
• Conduct trade studies and analyses to evaluate design alternatives, performance margins, and technical feasibility.
• Perform advanced RF design modeling using electromagnetic ( EM ) and RF simulation tools to optimize performance, signal integrity, and link budget s.
• Lead concept development, system architecture, and detailed design of integrated RF systems, connecting custom hardware modules with sof tware-defined radio ( SDR ) and digital signal processing ( DSP ) layers.
• Drive the integration, testing, and debugging of RF systems across various hardware, firm ware, and operating systems.
• Author a test plan, and lead system validation and verification of the system requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for multidisciplinary teams and government clients, providing strategic mentorship to junior engineers.
• Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and technical performance measurement ( TPM ) tracking throughout the program lifecycle.

• 8+ years of experience in RF engineering and systems engineering focused on the design, development, integration, and testing of custom or COTS-based RF hardware and sof tware systems
• Experience with advanced RF simulation platforms such as Ansys STK, HFSS, FEKO, or MATLAB, link budget and link analysis, RF HW designs, and DSP algorithms
• Experience leading Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs) and Critical Design Reviews ( CDRs ) , test readiness reviews, and final acceptance test reviews
• Experience performing trade studies or analysis of alternatives
• Experience creating marketing whitepapers, proposal technical volume materials, and project technical reports
• Knowledge of engineering documentation processes, including creating systems requirements documents and test plans
• Ability to present technical solutions clearly to stakeholders
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

• Experience with Modular Open Systems Architecture ( MOSA ) principles, SDRs, and open standards such as SOSA and VITA
• Possession of strong collaborative skills
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering
