You Have:

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering
• Experience developing technical solutions leveraging existing defense and commercial technologies to address mission needs for Army, Navy, and USMC
• Experience supporting defense captures, shaping technical solutions to meet critical government needs and developing technical solutioning materials for shaping engagements with clients
• Experience authoring technical volumes, solution narratives, or written proposal artifacts
• Experience supporting DoW clients across Army, Navy, or Marine Corps missions
• Ability to develop technical solution briefings by leveraging solutions catalogs, slick sheets, and capability demos to shape delivery of solutions that are applicable to client mission use cases
• Ability to collaborate across capture, pricing, partner, and account leadership to deliver integrated solutions under deadline
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM field or 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering field in the military in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of rapid prototyping and high-speed acquisition environments
• Knowledge of multi-domain operations and joint war fighting concepts
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a technical field
