Do you love creating magical memories for children and families? The T.E.A. Center is looking for an energetic, organized, and creative Weekend Party Planner to help coordinate and run our weekend birthday parties and special events!

Position: Weekend Party Planner

Location: 1491 Chain Bridge Road, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22101

Schedule: Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday availability required)

• Plan, organize, and lead birthday parties and weekend events at the center
• Coordinate with parents on themes, setup, and special requests
• Decorate party spaces and ensure a fun, welcoming environment
• Supervise event timelines and ensure smooth party flow
• Work closely with our staff to provide a safe, fun experience for all guests
• Help with party cleanup and resetting for the next event

• Experience in event planning, childcare, or customer service preferred
• Creative, outgoing, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Must love working with children and families
• Ability to work flexible weekend hours
