We design, build, operate, and maintain secure, resilient power and technology systems and deliver the management platforms essential for long‑term sustainability. In this role, you will compute, classify, and analyze numerical data and financial records, ensure accuracy of figures and calculations, and perform posting related to business transactions.
ResponsibilitiesProject Cost Control
- Engage with project management team to develop accurate budgets and manpower forecasts for multi‑year programs.
- Monitor and control indirect costs by performing weekly budget‑to‑actual analyses, identifying root causes of variances, and communicating with project managers.
- Establish accurate cash‑flow forecasts to ensure projects remain cash‑positive and adjust forecasts as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely complex billing submissions each month.
- Perform contract reconciliations and change‑order tracking to reflect correct values.
- Provide ad‑hoc reporting for project managers and executives.
- Conduct highly efficient monthly Key Project Reviews (KPR).
- Assist project team with monthly financial forms, cost analysis, and variance explanations.
- Ensure justified variances are documented.
- Lead procurement planning after award, ensuring compliance and logistics are included.
- Help procure the job according to plan before 20% completion.
- Perform monthly analysis of actual vs plan and justify adjustments.
- Enter orders in CMS and create work orders in Infralink.
- Produce monthly billing, maintain invoicing compliance, and resolve billing concerns.
- Post invoices to customer systems and internal accounting as required.
- Prepare monthly reports and participate in weekly regional meetings.
- Monitor contract compliance and customer reporting related to billing.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
